What is it?

The goal is to provide a practical path to balance professional work and life (family and social). But, more importantly, cultivate an inner drive to achieve self-transcendence. In this course, you will learn concepts and receive guidance on how to apply them to your work-family life from Dr Harsha Liyanage.
